Having spent too many years being hard on myself and thinking I was the ‘only one’ experiencing the hard things- it was a huge relief to know these challenges are experienced by very many people! It's true that the workplace needs changing and people are not always recognised for their effort or treated fairly. Many people find it hard to balance work and home life and often find it difficult to manage their ever-growing workload or delegate to staff.
But..there is a lot an individual can accomplish to BE more confident, and make life a little easier.
And when we are more confident, and our lives are easier...there's a good chance that our positive changes can ripple out to our workplace and home.
